Booking Your Initial Consultation

Start by scheduling a one-hour video consultation via Google Meet. Use the link in your onboarding email to choose a time, then complete your booking with a secure payment link

Our First Consultation

In our first hour together we will:

Dive into your medical history, current health concerns, and goals.
Review any prior test results or pertinent information you provide.
Discuss your lifestyle and the 5 pillars of health
Identify potential areas for deeper investigation and create a roadmap for the next steps.

Lab Tests and Assessments

After our initial consultation, I will determine the appropriate lab tests needed to gain deeper insights into your health. You’ll receive:

Test Kits: Shipped directly to your home for completion at your convenience.
Lab Requisitions: Sent via email for Quest Diagnostics or another local lab, allowing you to complete any required tests near your location.

Results and Treatment Plan

Once your lab results are available, we’ll schedule another one-hour video consultation to:

Walk through your results in detail, ensuring you fully understand your health profile.
Outline a tailored treatment plan designed to address your unique needs and goals.
Provide access to an online platform for ordering high-quality supplements that are shipped directly to you.
